Proven Track Record
Built, scaled, or exited a technology company of significant scale — as founder, co-founder, or C-level operator.
International Experience
Scaled a company across borders or built products for global markets.
Commitment to Give Back
Willing to dedicate at least two hours per month to matched Scale-up founders.
Polish Connection
Polish roots or a deep connection to the Polish tech ecosystem — based in Poland or abroad.

We identify and invite Poland's most accomplished founders and serial entrepreneurs to join as Role Models.
Build the Community
Role Models commit their time. We introduce each one to the world — dedicated profiles, media presence, lasting recognition.
Select Scale-ups
Scale-ups are nominated by ecosystem stakeholders, interviewed, and selected by a committee of Role Models.
Launch
Up to 10 Scale-ups per year are matched with Role Models for 12 months + lifelong alumni access.
